Ruffles have been in for quite some time now. If you are a big fan of ruffles, then you are in luck! I don’t see them going away anytime soon.
Most stores are currently stocking their floor with Fall merchandise. So if you still haven’t gotten at least one ruffle dress and like the ruffles look, I suggest you to get it now before they’re all gone. Plus, if you’re lucky- you might find some on sale for the end of the summer!
What I love about the Off-the-Shoulder Ruffle Dress is that it really emphasizes your neckline, especially if your hair is all pulled back in a sleek style. With the ruffles cascading down your shoulder, it makes the silhouette of your neckline even more feminine and elegant.
In the picture I’m wearing a MLM Label Maison Gingham Off-the-Shoulder Ruffle Dress. I love how it has a double layer of ruffles without any top stitching of the elastic casing, which makes this dress more chic and sophisticated.
I personally like a more fitted look, so I accessorized it with a wide-tassle belt. If you wear this dress loosely, you don’t need to wear a pair of leggings. I did because once it’s belted, you will lose quite a bit of length in the dress.
Instead of leggings, you can also wear a pair of short shorts, which will give it a more youthful feel. I guess it all depends on what look you want to achieve at the end.
